Vocabulary of The U.S Constitution

requisite:required or necessary for a particular purpose,
 position, etc.;  indispensable.

attained:to reach, achieve, or accomplish; gain; obtain.

bound:simple past tense and past participle of bind.

Enumeration:a catalog or list.

executive:a person or group of persons having administrative or
 supervisory authority in an organization (President and 5,000,000 workers).

legislative:of or relating to the enactment of laws(Senate and House of Representatives).

judicial:pertaining to courts of law or to judiciary (Supreme court and Lower courts).

chuse:another saying for choose.

Plantations:a usually large farm or estate, especially in a 
tropical or semitropical country, on which cotton, tobacco, coffee, 
sugar cane, or the like is cultivated, usually by resident laborers.

Indictment:Law. a formal accusation initiating a criminal case,
 presented by grand jury and usually required for felonies and other 
serious crimes.

alter:to make different in some particular, as size, style, course, or the like; modify.

adjourn:to suspend the meeting of (a club, legislature, committee, etc.) to future time, another place, or indefinitely.

yeas:a person who votes in the affirmative.

compel:to secure or bring about by force.

concur:to cooperate; work together; combine; be associated.

Concurrence:accordance in opinion; agreement.

inferior:lower in station, rank, degree, or grade (often followed
 by to).

execute:to carry out; accomplish.

suppress:to put an end to the activities of (a person, body of 
persons, etc.).

foregoing:previously stated, written, or occurring; 
preceding.

exceeding:extraordinary; exceptional.

obliged:to require or constrain, as by law, command, conscience, or force of necessity.

inspection:formal or official viewing or examination.

vested:to devolve upon a person as possessor; pass into possession 
or ownership.

transmit:to send or forward, as to a recipient or destination;
 dispatch; convey.

quorum:the number of members of a group or organization required to be present to transact business legally, usually a majority.

clause:a distinct article or provision in a contract, treaty, will, or other formal or legal written document.

devolve:to transfer or delegate (a duty, responsibility, etc.) 
to or upon another; pass on.

herein:in this fact, circumstance, etc.; in view of this.

maritime:connected with the sea in relation to navigation, shipping, etc.

appellate:having the power or authority to review and decide 
appeals, as a court.

adhering:to stay attached; stick fast; cleave; cling (usually 
followed by to).
